Warranty

 

The ATENEAGODDESS Warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise, but under no circumstances those caused by improper use by the customer. Specifically, it does not cover:

 

Damage due to loss or theft.

Wear and tear caused by improper use, lack of care (chlorine, saltpeter, alcohol, perfumes), or accidents. (See our FAQ for more information on cleaning and use.)

Damage caused by repairs not performed by: ATENEAGODDESS.

Our jewelry is made according to ATENEAGODDESS's high-quality standards.

 

The warranty for ATENEAGODDESS jewelry is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. If your warranty has expired, you can access our After-Sales Service and see what solutions we have for you.

 

Other items not listed above are not covered by this warranty. During the warranty period, ATENEAGODDESS will replace defective, worn, or aged jewelry.

 

ATENEAGODDESS will not accept warranty claims for jewelry purchased through unauthorized retailers.

 

If you purchased from one of our distribution points, we are not responsible for their return or exchange policies.

 

On our website, we only accept discount and/or promotional codes authorized by ATENEAGODDESS.

 

ATENEAGODDESS ATENEAGODDESS will not enforce any warranty rights unless accompanied by the purchase receipt and/or transfer or order number.

 

DISCOUNT COUPONS: Discount coupons cannot be combined with products eligible for any type of promotion offered by ATENEAGODDESS.

 

- Validity Dates: From the moment you win a discount coupon sent by ATENEAGODDESS, you have one month to use it.
